- First off we have no particular sales affiliation with any window manufacturer. Whatever works best for the customer will be the solution.
- We primarily recommend double hung, double pane, replacement windows for our installations. This is where we see the best return for your dollar. The installment process is much less labor intensive, and faster. In most cases we will be done in one day. Triple panes are great but is the cost worth it in the end?
- In most cases the trim around the exterior of the replacement window can be easily wrapped and covered in aluminum to match the rest of the house. This is where the flange mount for replacement windows gets pricey. The time and labor needed to cut away siding and replace the exterior casing, causing a dramatic rise in cost.

Onsite Measurement & Assessment

Day of Installation
Furniture and pictures on the wall should be moved. The crew will arrive, setup, and typically start on the top floor, working their way to the first floor. Drop cloths will be used where necessary. Cleanup will happen all along the way until the final window is fully installed.
Review & Approval
We walk you through the job completed, to ensure your satisfaction and answer any questions. Give a complete demo of the window operation, how to clean, put back together and the security features. Final signature and payment will be collected. Any warranties and documentation will be given to the property owner.
